Defective & Misprinted & Missing items
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the following happens after the order arrives, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at support@jimigift.com within thirty(30) days of receiving your product. You can qualify for a full refund or exchange, there is no need to return the item you received as our products are custom made.
1)Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
2)Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
3)Incorrect or mismatched size.
4)Missing items.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day Refund & Exchange Policy, and we are not responsible for these issues. Additionally, please allow for differences of up to 20% between advertised images and the actual item due to lighting during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays.
1)Request for a refund/exchange is after 30 days of product delivery.
2)Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3)Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
4)Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
5)Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
6)Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
Once you place an order, your order will immediately enter the design stage.
You shall bear the transaction fee if you request a cancellation within 8 hours after your payment.
If you request a cancellation in more than 8 hours, you need to bear the material cost (confirm whether it enters the production process) + transaction fee.
Note that:
1) Material cost: 25% of the original product amount
2) Transaction costs:
Partial refund: the refund amount*4.4%.
Full refund: the refund amount*4.4%+$0.3. (The refund amount refers to the amount of the entire order)

Refund and Exchange Service Procedure
Refund Procedure
1- You must first contact the JimiGift customer service team via email(support@jimigift.com). Please contact one of our customer service representatives to inform the order information and the reason for the refund and provide corresponding photos.
2- Both parties negotiate according to the refund/return policy.
3- Both parties agree on the refund amount and confirm the refund.
4- The staff processes the refund.
5- The refund will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification after the refund is processed.
Exchange Procedure
1- You must first contact the JimiGift customer service team via email(support@jimigift.com). Please contact one of our customer service representatives to inform the order information and the reason for the refund and provide corresponding photos.
2- Both parties negotiate according to the refund/return policy.
3- Both parties agree on the replacement product and information. Confirm the exchange.
4- The customer waits for re-production and delivery. After the package is sent out, the customer service will provide the corresponding package information.
